Lewis L. Lanier

Brief Bio

Lewis L. Lanier is professor and chair of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Lewis was president of The American Association of Immunologists from 2006 to 2007 and served on the AAI Council from 2001 to 2006. He was awarded the AAI Distinguished Service Award in 2001.
