Guidelines for Posting Submissions

If you would like to list a position or program on one of these lists, send an email message to the AAI Webmaster at mwcuddy@aai.org with one of the following subject headings:

AAI Graduate Program Listing
AAI Postdoctoral Position Listing
AAI Faculty Position Listing
AAI Research Scientist Listing

Please use the appropriate subject heading in your email message. The content of your listing should include the information described below for each list. Your listing will remain on the appropriate list for six (6) months (unless you request that it be removed on a shorter timeframe).

The following are general guidelines for the kinds of information to include in your listing.

Graduate Programs

Name of Graduate Program and School
Web address of Graduate Program
An e-mail address or complete postal address where interested individuals may write and trust that the address is sufficient to route their inquiries.
A concise description of the Graduate Program may be included

Postdoctoral Positions

Organization or Institution
Name of the Investigator with whom the Postdoctoral Fellow will train
A concise description of the postdoctoral position and research area should be provided. We suggest you include experience requirements (e.g., research interests) and application requirements (e.g., copies of CV and numbers of references) in your listing
Contact Person, including postal and e-mail address, and phone and fax number
Please indicate a preferred means for interested applicants to contact you or a designated contact person

Faculty Positions
